There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Crawford: Page 3, line 24: Delete "nonredundant" Representative Crawford moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. 2003-03-26 House Journal Page 0645 Representative Fate objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 16(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 16(FIN) am was read the third time. Representatives Meyer and Hawker moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 16(FIN) am pass the House?"
